How it works

From phone call to booked job in one link.

Here is what happens when someone asks your firm for a price, and what you have to do about it. Mostly, nothing.

1

You send one link.

A homeowner, builder or roofer rings you. Instead of taking notes, you send your quote link by text or WhatsApp. It lives on your own address with your name on it, so it looks like your firm because it is. Put the same link on your website, your van and your voicemail.

They answer the questions you would ask.

Which sides need scaffold and how long they are. What the job is. How the scaffold gets in, and whether it crosses a pavement, a road or a neighbour's land. What is in the way. One plain question at a time, so nobody gives up halfway.

They add a photo. The app reads the building.

A snap of the front is enough. The app tells your customer what it can see and asks them to confirm. If it has got something wrong, they correct it before it ever reaches you.

4

They see a price. Itemised, at your rates.

Worked out from your own price list before they see it, with fuel, time on the job and licence costs counted in. They get the start and finish dates alongside it, so the quote is a plan, not a ballpark.

5

They book it in.

One tap to lock it in, with a deposit paid through Stripe. Health and safety notes travel with the quote. The job goes straight to your CRM and your customer can come back to check on it from the same app.

Then it all lands in your back room.

The booked job arrives in your CRM with everything needed to do it. See what happens next.
